Mr. Charles B. Wang is the founder and CEO of SVIBA(www.sviba.net), whose mission is to transform business through efficient and effective use of information technology. Charles is an expert on enterprise Core System Solutions(CSS). CSS helps enterprises to consolidate legacy "Information Islands" into "Core Systems" that seamlessly interconnect systems, resources, processes and human factors both inside and between enterprises.

Charles is founder and chairman of Ivyit Systems(www.ivyit.com) - a business solution provider (BSP) specialized on Core System Solutions for large enterprises. Charles was formerly with the strategy and architecture division of 3Com IT, where he was a key architect and strategist responsible for planning company-wide networking and computing infrastructure, management of strategic IT projects, and devising IT strategies & architecture standards. He was also a contributing member of 3Com enterprise application systems. Prior to 3Com, Charles was a senior engineer for Cisco's network security products; a senior internetworking consultant at Fujitsu's Advanced Networking Solutions; and a staff member of data communications at SRI.

Charles holds a M.Sc. in data communications (Computer Science) and a M.A.Sc. (applied science) in signal processing both from the University of British Columbia, and a M.Sc. in computational fluid mechanics from Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences, and a B.Eng. in hydrological engineering from Xiangtan Polytechnic University, China.
