SVIBA was founded in 2001 by a group of visionaries in the Silicon Valley and US. Just like the advent of electricity brought forth giants like GE or computing brought forth IBM, the era of globalization ushers in SVIBA business exchange. SVIBA is the first IT industry alliance focusing on business exchange between Silicon Valley and China.
